The experiential training focus the learning process in the experiences of each person.
On this basic point, the education project of TWT is operated by experts of European level, for the benefit of managers, decision makers and personnel at any level in the corporate governance, with the aim of highlighting any grow opportunity and motivation of any role in each business personnel structure.
The project courses include the ethics handing of human resources, the exercise of an appropriated leadership, the comparison of the roles, the evaluation of the conflicts, of the changes and of the motivations.
Any project is studied and agreed with the company management to activate any synergy to reach the goals.
