
Motivation activities of
team building and community
In any field, from business to marketing,
from politics to education, the prevailing condition
is amusement. This is the basic condition of experience
in the 21st century. TWT created a team formed by communication
experts and training psychologists with the aim to work
out proposals of team building activities and to satisfy
the increasing recreation demand and at the same time
the need to move the company closer to its staff; the
meetings are to be vivacious, short and lively inspired
in order to avoid boredom. It’s not just a matter
of option, but it’s about a scientific fundamental:
adults do not change their behaviour because of what
they receive in a verbal communication. The game urges
to begin a new experience with the hope that this could
replace a sterile or less productive behaviour.
The game represents an acceleration factor
of the “discoveries” as long as a moral
is not enforced. On that basis we aim at facing our
client’s goals and we point out only the opportunities
that our team building activity can give: communication,
aggregation, leadership’s practice and teamwork.
If participants benefit by the event also the customer
does. As organizers of motivation events we are consulted
not only to solve problems but to create emotions searching
for important suggestions for the business image.
